As a public charity, Incourage Community Foundation adheres to the highest standards to operate in the public view and public interest. Our most current financial information is updated annually and available for your review.

We retain Colonial Consulting, LLC as our investment oversight firm which does not invest any part of the Foundation’s pool, but rather monitors investment performance of the money managers. Colonial Consulting also advises the Investment Committee on investment issues, opportunities and manager selection.

Incourage’s endowed asset pool is invested by several different money managers and currently includes: Artisan; Baird; Blackrock; Champlain; Colchester; Columbia; Community Assets For People; Davis; Eaton Vance; Fidelity; Forester; Gryphon; Harbor; Janus; J P Morgan; Lazard; Loomis Sayles; LSV; PIMCO; SEI; Templeton; TIFF; T. Rowe Price; Turner; Vanguard; WoodTrust Bank.
