The Tribune Building public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, 2014 has been postponed due to the bitter cold weather forecast. Incourage’s priority is residents’ safety and our commitment to full community participation. A new meeting will be rescheduled and date announced via the following information outlets: TribuneBuilding.org, incouragecf.org, social media, email, WFHR, news release, and Nixle.
