We also retain Avivar Capital, LLC as an investment advisor. Avivar and Colonial Consulting advise Incourage staff and Board of Directors on investment issues, opportunities and manager selection. Together, they have been integral to the development and implementation of the Incourage Investment Policy Statement and Preamble.
