These local residents join our team with a background of community and Incourage engagement and a true heart for this community. Board Members of Incourage serve in a volunteer capacity, working closely with the staff in seeking to understand the changing needs of our south Wood County area and oversee all fiscal and strategic initiatives of Incourage. Incourage is invested in making a positive impact and committed to its vision of a community that works well for all. We consider ourselves fortunate to grow our Board of Directors with the unique knowledge and skillset brought forth by each of these familiar faces. Please join us in extending a warm welcome!
