Concordia has been our partner in the Tribune since May 2013. As a nationally renowned resident-centered design and development firm, Concordia specializes in facilitating conversations that help residents explore visions for their community’s future and, subsequently, execute projects and physical spaces that represent the vision and values of residents. Concordia partnered with Incourage to support the process that welcomed residents in south Wood County to design the future of the Tribune. Today, Concordia serves as lead architectural consultant. Concordia shares Incourage’s commitment to honor local history and culture, as well as hire local contractors and use local resources throughout the construction process.

At the end of January 2015, Incourage invited proposals from 10 firms, each within a 200 mile radius, for Construction Management services on the Tribune. The review committee, made up of Tribune representatives and partners, sought firms which exceeded requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP); had the greatest relevant experience; displayed a unique ability to support, partner and build capacity among local subcontractors; and most closely aligned with Incourage’s values.
Ultimately, Incourage selected J.H. Findorff & Son, Inc. as the Tribune’s construction management firm. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, Findorff consistently surpasses industry recycling standards and has constructed dozens of LEED-certified facilities. They are an active member of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance and U.S. Green Building Council on construction projects and were voted Environmentalist of the Year by Wisconsin Builder. Marc Buttera, Owner, O’so Brewing Company & Point Brew Supply
While getting his degree in Mechanical Design, Marc Buttera was introduced to home brewing. He and his wife, Katina, opened Point Brew Supply in 2003, knowing that one day they would launch their own brewery. That day came in 2007, when O’so Brewing Company opened, and grew quicker than anyone could have imagined. Due to the success and rapid growth, O’so Brewing Company and Point Brew Supply had to change locations multiple times before residing in their current Plover location. In early 2013, the Wisconsin Beer Distributors Associate declared O’so Brewing Company the second-fastest growing brewery in the state. In November 2014, Marc signed on as an advisor to the Tribune. He will advise on an as-needed basis regarding the operation, construction and architectural plans of the microbrewery.

Amy and Ryan Scheide, Owners, Great Expectations
Amy and Ryan Scheide have enjoyed more than 40 combined years of experience in fine foods and quality customer service. Amy holds degrees in Business Administration and Finance. She took pride in serving banquet and dining customers alike at establishments in Stevens Point and Wisconsin Rapids. Ryan holds a degree in Restaurant Management, and since his teens, his passion has been providing customers with quality food and service. Ryan and Amy remain busy managing Great Expectations, their catering service and full-service restaurant. In November 2014, Amy and Ryan signed on as advisors to the Tribune. They will advise on an as-needed basis regarding the operation, construction and architectural plans of the cafe/brewpub and culinary kitchen.
