Letter: Join Us for Community Survey

Fri. Apr 27, 2012

By: Guadalupe Ancel, Board Chairwoman

Earlier this year, Incourage Community Foundation sent out a call to action to the citizens of South Wood County. We were invited to participate in the largest citizen survey in the history of the South Wood County area. Perhaps you were one of those over 4,000 people who provided valuable feedback by participating in the survey. Well, now we have the results, and it’s time to see what our neighbors had to say.

The survey results will be revealed at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at the Performing Arts Center, 1801 16th St. S.
We will learn what is important to residents of our community and about the good work already under way. I invite everyone to join us on Thursday to be part of creating our community’s future.

Everyone’s invited! Please join us for a night of exciting information and conversation.

The event is free and open to the public. Seating is limited. Please contact Incourage with questions at 715.423.3863 or [email protected].

  • About Incourage

Established in rural Wisconsin in 1994 to serve the changing needs of the south Wood County area, Incourage has become a nationally-recognized leader in place-based philanthropy and community development. Guided by values of equity, opportunity, and shared stewardship, Incourage envisions a community that works well for all people. One physical manifestation of this vision is the redevelopment of the Tribune building, which demonstrates Incourage’s user-centered approach to growing a strong and inclusive local economy.
