Scholarships Available to Area Students

Wed. Dec 8, 2021

(Wisconsin Rapids, WI, December 8, 2021) Thanks to the generosity of its donors, more than 180 scholarships will be available through Incourage Community Foundation during the 2022 season. All scholarships are available through a single application process. The application will be available online December 15 – January 26.

Scholarships provide support to high school students seeking assistance for college and technical college educational costs. There are also scholarships available for non-traditional students pursuing post-secondary education, and scholarships for college students in their second year and higher.

Each scholarship is unique. Some are established in a specific field of interest, and others are created to honor loved ones.

The common element in all scholarships is the charitable spirit of the donors who created them.

“We believe that education gives people the opportunity to realize their potential. We’re grateful for the individuals, organizations and groups who make these scholarships possible,” said Kim Shields, who oversees Incourage’s scholarship program.
