May’s show featured Incourage’s Heather McKellips and Corey Anfinson, and Elizabeth Whelan, local resident and member of the Sustainable Communities Working Group. They joined WFHR Morning Magazine Host Carl Hilke to talk about the Sustainable Communities Working Group, a new community effort. Recently, Incourage convened this diverse group of area residents to engage residents across our community to co-create a “blueprint” for the sustainable community that we know our region can become. The show also highlighted upcoming events and updated listeners on the Alex C. Dove Foundation. Tune in!

  • About Incourage

Established in rural Wisconsin in 1994 to serve the changing needs of the south Wood County area, Incourage has become a nationally-recognized leader in place-based philanthropy and community development. Guided by values of equity, opportunity, and shared stewardship, Incourage envisions a community that works well for all people. One physical manifestation of this vision is the redevelopment of the Tribune building, which demonstrates Incourage’s user-centered approach to growing a strong and inclusive local economy.
