Incourage’s Dawn Vruwink is joined by high school sophomores, Ashley Rustad and Skye Klein recent graduates of Incourage’s South Wood County Teen Leadership program. They join Carl Hilke, host of WFHR’s Morning Magazine, to discuss the program and the skills they’ve learned for effective leadership: the ability to work together in a community setting.
